- Lucy Thompson Review added: 2018.12.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Prebooked for a group of 17, arrived expecting a long table down the side as we’ve seen them do for big groups before but we all separated into different booths and they had no idea who we were even though we booked. Then when we queried the seating arrangement the man snapped at us “well there’s literally no tables that size”. There was no apology or anything for their lack of organisation and communication. Then, when we went up to order we were told they didn’t have the chocolate chip cookie dough or the mango milkshake or any ice and there was no apology for that either. We asked to move to a larger table and the man said “if you think you’ll fit” and was really unhelpful. So we ordered alternative options but when they came, the ice cream was repulsive, the milkshake was definitely out of date, the plates were chipped and marked with black smudges with food all underneath. Finally, the tap water was hot, the staff were grumpy and the toilets were extremely dirty. Worst experience.
- Nicola Young Review added: 2018.01.27★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Pretty slow service. Too much chatting, especially when several groups of customers arrive in quick succession. Nice food but don't say it'll be 10 mins and it's double. Say 15 mins and overachieve. 6 staff and service was slow. Otherwise nice.
